Intelligent Air Shower System Driven Air Shower for Modular Clean Room
Air shower is a necessary passage for person entering clean room in order to minimize the amount of particulate contaminant, achieve workplace in strict compliance with clean purification standards. Personnel can move through the air shower before entering the clean room while particulate contaminants are blew off by the clean high speed air.

6) White powder-coated or stainless steel to be selected so as to meet various cleanroom requirements
Stainless steel nozzles are arranged on the walls or ceilings in a uniform pattern as required to ensure effective distribution of filtered air to effectively blow away the dusts and particulates.
High quality blower, in combination with HEPA Filters of efficiency 99.99% provide strong Class 100 clean air to personnel and objects to dislodge and remove particles. The Blower usually requires a voltage of 3 phase 380V or 3 phase 220V according to electric specification of different regions, which means a high voltage to ensure powerful air flow in order to effectively clear the particles away.
Electronic interlocking doors with hinge, meanning that two doors can not be opened at the same time, prevent unnecessary contamination inflow and thus preventing cross-contamination of the clean areas. In the event of opening the door for over a certain time, signals will be sent to remind the operators to close the door.
Display Panel programmable control over air shower and also be applied to adjust the air velovity and blowering time. With this panel, you can conveniently adjust the air velocity and blowering time to ensure saving energy and efficient air cleaning.
