Automatic Sliding Door Air Shower
Air shower clean room is a general part purification equipment which installed on the partition wall between clean room and non-clean room. It is used for shower and removing dust when personnel or objects entering into clean area. Shower can effectively reduce dust to enter into the clean area, to keep normal work state of clean room area. It is widely applied to food &drinking, electronic, medicine &health and other industry and scientific research field.
Air shower consists of cabinet, stainless steel door (cold steel), pre-filter, HEPA filter, pan, plenum chamber, nozzle,
interlocking control panel, operation panel, sensing equipment, etc.

Cold steel is used for the air shower's cabinet, and stainless steel is used for the bottom. As to different customer's
requirement, air showers with different materials or sizes can be designed and supplied.

Specification & features:

1) Material: Stainless steel SUS304;
2) Electronic interlock: When A door is open, B door will be locked. A & B doors can't be open during blowing;
3) In case of emergency happens, emergency off button is equipped according to customers' need. Once press, two doors
will be open;
4) Color LCD screen & touch-point switch are used to control the blowing time and lamp time. It shows reminder of HEPA
filter replacement when needed;
5) Infrared sensor can have the automatic blowing and stop;
6) Two-side blowing, left and right, stainless steel nozzles. Three-side blowing can be provided if needs;
7) German Dorma door closer is stable. China KFC stores also choose this type as their door closer;
8) 360-degree rotatable nozzles are installed if needs to keep the high efficiency when blowing off particles from
personnel;
9) Have electronic interlock air shower patent.

Functions:
a. The air shower is necessary before a person enters the clean-room workshop, and can be matched with all kinds of
clean rooms or clean workshop.
b. When a person enters the air shower, by 360-degree rotary nozzles, super-strong clean air will be blown to the person &
his belongs, so those dust, hair or foreign matters on the clothes or the goods will be removed quickly and efficiently, so
the contamination to the clean room is reduced greatly.
c. There are electronic interlocking for this automatic air shower’s two doors, so the air shower can be used as the air-lock
 room, and those air which is polluted or has not been purified is prevented to enter the clean area.
