AIRKEY GOODS AIR SHOWER

1. Principle

Air shower/goods air shower are used between clean area and unclean area, or used between cleanroom of lower level and cleanroom of higher level. It can remove dusts on person or on goods and also work as airlock to prevent dusts going inside the clean area.

Air goes inside from the pre filter and fan which are at the bottom of the air shower/goods air shower, then pass the plenum chamber and hepa filter, and go inside via the nozzles. In this way the dusts can be removed from person or goods.

2. Construction

Bottom plate and the nozzles are made of stainless steel; other parts are made of cold roll plate which is rust-free; Inside the top, there is LED light; Electric board can be seen after detaching the cover board of the control panel; Nozzles are at both sides and the direction of nozzles can be adjusted; Hepa filter is at the back of nozzles; There is photoelectric inductive switch so that the air shower will shower automatically when there is person or goods inside; Below the photoelectric inductive switch there is pre filter; It is easy to remove the pre filter, just pull the filter frame upwards. Air shower is interlocking.

Goods air shower is without bottom plate so that trolley can go inside and outside conveniently.
