Product Introduction

Automatic air shower

The air shower is designed to blow  the dust, hair and other impurities on the surface of clothes through air filters  so that contaminants can not enter into the cleanroom with operators.
Its box body is made of stainless steel with luxury appearanceso that it will not get rust and corrosion easily. And the machine adopts air-condition fan for air supply to operate stably. We also can adjust the air outlet in any angle due to its flexibility. It has great advantages, such as low air pressure, large air capacity, small noise, low consumption and comfortable feelings.
The air shower is widely used for the GMP cleanroom to blow off the dust. It uses the imported electronic components, so it has high performance and uses good sealing materials to ensure high internal sealing properties.

Also it adopts the high quality HEPA filter which efficiency is above 99.99%. Equipped with large air volume and low noise fan to ensure the wind speed at the outlet is above 25m/s.

The air shower adopts modular design scheme, it can be assembled and connected into air shower channels of different lengths and shapes according to actual needs. It's convenient for transportation and disassembly.
